Northeast Precast is a state-of-the-art precast concrete manufacturer of commercial products and residential foundation wall systems located in Millville, NJ. In 2001 John Ruga started selling SW’s in NJ and started precast manufacturing in 2004. Starting as only a Superior Walls franchise, the company diversified and became known as Northeast Precast a leader in custom precast products. Today Northeast Precast continues to expand to meet the demands of the growing market. Our success is credit to the dedication and hard work of our employees. Our commitment to quality and unparalleled service is what separates us from the competition.

    Commercial work really started to pick up. For the first time in years, Northeast Precast had a backlog of work, including Superior Walls contracts.

  • The Bridges of Burlington County

    7/2003

    Started working on Interchange 6 on the New Jersey Turnpike project with George Harms Construction Co.

    By project completion Northeast cast 24 MSE Walls (approx 182,000 sqft), traffic barrier, custom precast light standards and light poles.

  • MSE Walls

    Invested in forms for MSE walls

  • Northeast Precast

    Changed the company name to Northeast Precast

  • Preparing for Larger Jobs

    Installed a 15-ton Overhead Crane in the plant

  • Diversification

    Started building commercial walls for churches, schools and small warehouses.

  • Housing Bust

    Housing market crashed and orders slowed to a trickle. Almost half of the employees were laid off. Equipement sat idle most of the time.

  • Superior Walls of New Jersey

    2005

    Changed company name to Superior Walls of New Jersey.

  • Housing Boom!

    2004 & 2005

    Added 50,000 sq ft of production space with a total of 95 employees.

  • First Day Manufacturing

    12/2003

    First day of manufacturing Superior Wall panels.

    Only 10 employees in 25,000 sq ft of production space.

  • Superior Walls of South Jersey

    12/2003

    Changed company name to Superior Walls of South Jersey

  • Breaking Ground

    7/2003

    Started to clear land of new manufacturing site

  • Looking Ahead

    5/2003

    Purchased 20 acres for new manufacturing facility.

    Sold 86 foundations in the third year of business.

  • Second Year Installing Superior Walls

    Sold 18 foundations in the second year of business.

  • A Bigger Investment

    Invested in a 100-ton all-terrain Liebherr crane.

  • Installing Superior Walls

    Started Superior Wall Franchise by becoming an installer of Superior Walls products.

    Installed 5 basements in the first year.

    John saw walls go by on trailer and an installed basement later that day.
